About
Harris Investment Advisors is an independent, fee-based advisory firm serving retirees, pre-retirees, business owners, and families who want clearer, more coordinated financial decisions. We help clients evaluate investment structure, retirement income, tax considerations, insurance needs, and estate planning issues through a disciplined planning process.
David Harris founded the firm to provide advice grounded in judgment, structure, and fit. Each engagement begins with diagnosis: current holdings, cash-flow needs, risk tolerance, liquidity, tax considerations, existing policies, and coordination gaps. Recommendations are then reviewed for appropriateness, cost, complexity, and long-term alignment before implementation.
When insurance or annuity solutions are considered, they are reviewed within the broader plan, not in isolation. Compensation and conflicts are disclosed clearly so clients understand both the potential role of a solution and the trade-offs involved.
